Filmography

Crewing Up
A weekly webseries. See what the critics are saying!
Sentenced to 500 hours of community service, network TV producer Addie Kemp finds herself forced to crew up in the low key offbeat world of public access. If the mood strikes, the show goes on. But no shows, forgotten shows and stupid shows may be enough to break her spirit long before the 500 hours are in the can.

Death Trifarious
In post-production. I expect it to make it's premiere sometime in the fall of 08.  Shot in Super 8 and digital.

Melissa Banczak spent 5 years as an editor and screenplay agent at Otitis Media Literary Agency in Minneapolis. (That does not mean she wants to edit your screenplay or sell it for you. She will help you film it, contact her for more information!)

Her first short film, Lilah and the Alien won an ACE award for acting at the Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival in Birmingham, AL in 2004. When not making films, she can be found out in the hills working on wildlife documentaries or at home tending to her family's collection of over 30 snakes, 3 dogs and 2 birds.

She is currently on call to the Tucson Wildlife Center to film rescues, surgeries and training videos.

Her portable studio includes a DVX100A, jib, tripod, monopod, lowel lights, boom microphone, assorted cables, switches, flashy things and warm socks. She edits in Vegas.
